Happiness – rich course of life, clean and free nature, friends, down-to-earth food ─ ways of living in Finland

Finland is the happiest country in the world this year, actually second year in a row. This is established by United Nation’s The Worlds Happiness Report. Behind the survey there are six variables with hard factors like conflicts, government policy, technological development and also soft factors about attitude towards life, caring about others.
   So this accomplishment is no wonder. because Finns feels that nature, cleanliness, helth and security are self-evidencies. Also home-grown, quality, tranquility and elementary things are meaningful.
   As we know good food stands behind satisfaction and happiness. Then it is no wonder that Finns are also heading what comes to cheese consumption, namely on average the dose within a year is 27 kilo for a person.

Premium combination and mix of cheese and wines
This time eclectic, high-class, hard cheese has it’s matchup with red wines from Spain. Best aromatic pair can be found when those two cheese are tasted across with four different wines.

Jukolan Juusto is a local cheese factory in Central of Finland. Jukolan Juusto is one of the most significant cheddar manufacturers in Finland. Aito Cheddar is their brand that is known of passion and love for the cheddar, hard work and about milk that is milked in the morning.
   Aito Cheddar is tasteful, creamy and rich Finnish cheese where you can find aromas of blackpepper, garlic and chili. There are many different cheddars in their assortnment like Gin and Vintage. Aito Cheddar Gin takes its aromas from Kyrö Distillery Napue Gin, Aito Cheddar Vintage gets its aromas from the long curing time, outreaching over 12 months.
Pares Balta is a Spanish winery in Vilafranca in Katalonia. It is known for its quality, local, biodynamic wines. It has also wineries in Penedes, Ribera del Duero and Priorato.
   Marta de Balta is a Microcuvée that comes from Penedes. It is cultivated with grapes from old Syrah-vines farming. Wine has elegance, character and a maximum expression of the terroir. Marta de Balta’s outcome is the expression of the fine complexity and strength of the female character.
  Dominio Romano has a new concept of Tinto Fino expression in the Ribera del Duero. Pruduction is limited.
   Gratavinum 2πr wine comes from Priorat. It is a blending of Grenache, Carinyena, Cabernet Sauvignon, Syrah and defines the perfect roundness of this wine.
   Gratavinum GV5 is exeptional wine with combination of Carinyena, Garnatxa and Cabernet Sauvignon grapes. A unique wine with personality; balanced, elegant and fine. It shows the power of terroir and has limited production of 4506 bottles
